Sarah Spear joins us as a seasoned executive to guide us through our leadership transition. Previously, she founded and ran a disability tech startup. Sarah has also led fundraising and operations at a human rights organization in Connecticut, served as Executive Director of an economic development fund in Missouri, and co-founded a healthtech company in India. She is the author of Space to Process, a conversation between parents of children with disabilities. Sarah serves on her local Board of Education and on the board of the Wiedemann-Steiner Syndrome Foundation. Sarah lives with her husband and children in Connecticut.
